Cannabis advocacy leader moves to Texas

One new Austinite believes he has the answer to saving the state money.

Rob Kampia, the Executive Director of the Marijuana Policy Project helped create a controversial ad that said marijuana was less harmful than beer. After getting pulled from a jumbotron at a NASCAR race, it has now gone viral on the internet. He spoke exclusively to KEYE TV’s Katherine Stolp about new plans to regulate marijuana like alcohol, right here in Texas.
