Case Dismissed: Utah drops pot charges against Russ Belville

If you listed to Texas Cannabis Report’s most recent podcast, you’ve heard the story of internet talk show host Russ Belville being arrested and having to endure over eight hours of dealing with Utah police after he was arrested for marijuana and paraphernalia.

Belville, who is the host of The Russ Belville Show on 420Radio, was traveling to Colorado with two other people when he say’s that the group was profiled after stopping at a convenience store in Utah.

A short ways down the road, the group was pulled over for a window tint violation, which ultimately led to a search that turned up marijuana and paraphernalia. Belville says that the illegal items were not his, and apparently a deputy county attorney agrees.
