Group emerges to promote marijuana law reform in Corpus Christi

help start corpus christi normlAre you interested in working with others to promote marijuana law reform in the Corpus Christi area? If so, then there’s good news, others are too and they’re looking for you!

NORML ‘National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws’ chapters are expanding, growing and thriving all across Texas. Texas NORML has been working hard to establish new groups in areas where people are interested in getting involved.

As it turns out, there’s a strong interest in the Corpus area and the group has already had their first meeting, which just took place with 10 people in attendance. They’ll be having another meeting in February at House of Rock, and will hold a recruiting event on January 22.

With 58% of Texans supporting legalization, now is the prime time to get on board and get positive things accomplished. Considering that 2013 was a great year for the Texas marijuana movement, 2014 is poised to be an even greater year.
