Dallas city councilman wants to keep marijuana offenders out of jail

Dallas City Councilman Philip Kingston spoke at a rally this past weekend where he urged everyone to take action to help advance marijuana policy in Dallas which would help keep people out of jail.

Kingston was one of several speakers at the annual Dallas Marijuana March organized by the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws. He was also joined by active duty Dallas police officer Nick Novello.
