FBI director wants to hire cannabis consumers

“I have to hire a great work force to compete with those cyber criminals, and some of those kids want to smoke weed on the way to the interview,” FBI Director James Comey told the White Collar Crime Institute on Monday, according to The Wall Street Journal.
According to its current policies, anyone who has consumed cannabis within the past three years cannot be hired. That’s a problem because as it turns out, a lot of the best qualified cyber security specialists smoke weed.
Director James Comey says that even if someone has consumed marijuana, they should apply anyways.
