More than a ton of pot seized at Texas-Mexico border in pottery

Federal agents seized more than a ton of marijuana at a checkpoint in Laredo, Texas after pulling over a tractor trailer.

Upon searching the trailer, about 2,275 pounds of marijuana were found, bundled in hundreds of packages and stashed among ceramic pots and vases.

Agents estimated the haul at about $1.8 million.
